So I was really have sinus trouble and I has to speak in 5 hours - so I ran out to our natural health food store and bought a Nasal Cleansing kit, also known as a Neti Pot. It worked wonders! Side 2 video is better then side 1 --- And also if you dare to try it, make sure to angle your head the correct way!
